Where is VO located?

We are located in the NW corner of Slovenia, in the municipality of Bled, 30-minute drive from the capital, Ljubljana. Our exact address is Kolodvorska ulica 48, 4260 Bled, Slovenia. 

NB: parking and access to the villa is from Triglavska cesta, a small off-shoot from Kolodvorska ulica just before your arrival. If using navigation to get to the destination, put in Triglavska ulica and the villa will be on your left as soon as you enter this street. 

Where can I park my car?

Our guests can park by the villa. There are 5 parking spots available, one of them reserved for electric vehicles.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed inside our property.

Is the villa accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Given the constructual limitation we were unable to incorporate an elevator, hence our apartments are connected with a grand staircase and are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. 

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Certainly. Please get in touch with us to see about the options. 

Can I book an airport transfer?

We can organise a dedicated car service for you that can pick you up or drop you off at the airport. Should you want to go ahead with this service, please get in touch with us. 

Is it possible to take half board?

Our villa operates on bed & breakfast basis. We provide DIY breakfast package that will be waiting for you in your apartment and the provisions will suffice for the entirety of your stay. Should you extend your stay we will provide additional breakfast provisions. 

I am not staying at the Vila, but would like to access your wellness area. Is this possible?

Our wellness area is reserved for our over-night guests only. In cases where a party reserves the entire villa, the wellness area may be used by their invitees as well, however never more than 12 people. 

How can I book my stay at VO?

There are several options:

  • Call us during our office hours and book direclty with one of our staff @ 059 77 95 95. Please note, that you will be connected to our sister property Hotel Milka, where we will make your reservation. 
  • Via our website @ www.vilaolivotti.si,
  • Via various booking platforms, that will lead you to our website.

At what time is check-in/check-out?

Between noon and 3pm on the day of your arrival you will be sent a pin code to access the villa and your apartment and the same pin code will stop working at noon, 12am on the day of your check out. 

NB: you will not be able to access the villa or your apartment after noon, 12am on the day of your departure. Please inform us in advance should you require to check out later. 

What are the reception opening hours?

We do not operate from a reception desk, but you will receive your unique access codes to access the villa and your apartment. Please do not share them with anyone as then you become liable for any potential break-ins or thefts. Should you have problems with your access codes, please contact us on our emergency telephone number provided in your booking confirmation.

Can I book without a credit card?

A credit card is needed to guarantee the booking. No charges will be made to your credit card prior to your arrival, unless you fall within our cancellation policy. 

On the day of your arrival the card you provided will be charged for the entire amount of your stay plus an additional safety deposit which will be returned to your card once the apartment had been checked for damage and incidentals at the end of your stay. 

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. 

How can I change or cancel my booking?

The best way to manage your reservation is through the system you made the initial booking with. You can always call us and we can look into your reservation.

Where can I see the booking conditions?

  • We will send you the booking confirmation with the booking conditions to your email address. You can also find them on our website or through the engine you made your reservation with. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 14-day cancellation policy, which means you must cancel before noon local time 14 days prior to your arrival in order not to incur no-show charges.

Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve an apartment/vila?

Yes. We accommodate adults and young adults from the ages of 12 onwards. 

What other things can I book with you?

We offer a myriad of options for your stay, from a chef, sommelier, organised sport activities, and more. Please get in touch with us should you want to have some additional activities organised for you.
