Terms & Conditions

Booking

You can reserve an apartment, a suite or the entire villa by:

  • calling us during our office hours and booking direclty with one of our staff @ 059 77 95 95. Please note, that you will be connected to our sister property Hotel Milka, where we will make your reservation. 
  • visiting our website @ www.vilaolivotti.si
  • visiting various booking platforms, that will lead you to our website.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be made no later than 12 noon (CET) 14 days before arrival, to avoid a one night’s accommodation charge. Non arrival charge is equal to the first night’s accommodation. 

Check-in & Check-out

You can check into your apartment from 3pm onwards and our check out is at noon, 12am. All times are local, Central European Time. You will be sent a pin code to access the villa and your apartment between noon (12am) and 3pm on the day of your arrival and the same pin code will stop working at noon (12am) on the day of your check out. Please note that you will not be able to access the premises after the check out time.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards.

Reception Hours

We do not operate from a reception desk, but you will receive your unique access codes to access the villa and your apartment. Please do not share them with anyone as then you become liable for any potential break-ins or thefts. Should you have problems with your access codes, please contact us on our emergency telephone number provided in your booking confirmation.

Transportation

We can provide a dedicated car service, should you need it. Closest airports is Ljubljana airport, approximately 30 mins away. Other major airports like Venice and Zagreb are within 3 hours away. Contact us at hello@vilaolivotti.si for detailed services and prices.

Breakfast

We provide DIY typical Slovenian breakfast package that will be waiting for you in your apartment and the provisions will suffice for the entirety of your stay. Should you extend your stay we will provide additional breakfast provisions and some fresh items like bread will be delivered to you daily. Please communicate all allergies and dietary restrictions for your entire party ahead of time, at least one week prior to your arrival, to ensure right provision have been delivered to your apartment.

Sauna & Massage

Our in-house spa features a large dry or Finnish sauna, fit for up to 6 persons (sitting) and a large wet or Turkish sauna. Additional to saunas, there is also a resting area large enough for 4 persons at a time. These facilities are available to our registered guests free of charge. Outside guests are allowed to be admitted only in cases where the entire villa is rented and such instances we kindly ask these numbers to be reasonable, i.e. never more than 12 people. 

Massages can be arranged in the spa area or in the comfort of the larger suites by our carefully selected outside masseuses. Please contact us via telephone or email if you would like to reserve your massage. We cannot guarantee last minute availability.

Activities

A wide range of winter and summer activities can be arranged. Please inquire with us should you want to reserve a guided activity during your stay. All activities are subject to availability and weather conditions. During peak summer months we advise to reserve an activity ahead of time.

Incidentals

Mini bar charges and other incidentals will be charged to the card you provided us with from the security deposit that we have taken at check in. The remainder of your security deposit will be transferred back to the same credit card which takes a few business days to appear on your card again. In cases where no mini bar was used and there is no damage to the apartment, the entire amount of the security deposit will be returned back to your card.

Smoking

Please note that we are a non-smoking villa, however smoking is allowed in external areas of the property. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking indoors will incur a 250€ fine per occurrence. Please use the ashtrays provided for your cigarette or cigar butts.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside our property.

Damage & Guest’s Responsibilities

Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their apartment/suite/villa or any internal or external areas of the villa. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors. 

Guest should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Sharing your access codes may result in personal liability in cases of damage, theft or misdemeanour. 

Moya Estates cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in apartments or common areas of the villa. In room safes are provided and recommended for guest’s use.
